Photografio provides photo scanning and digitization services, including local pickup and delivery of original photographs, digital delivery via a private online gallery, and print-on-demand products fulfilled through our online storefront.
Payment is due in full before scanning begins, at time of pickup.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before scanning is started. A $25 delivery fee will apply to all cancelled orders. Once scanning has started, the order is final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.
A missed pickup may be subject to a $25 fee. We will work with you to reschedule.
Original photographs not claimed within 90 days of order completion may be disposed of. A log of return attempts is kept before that occurs.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the cost of the service. We do not guarantee reprocessing of any order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
